The electric power of the entire drive system can be controlled by means of a frequency inverter. By neutralizing the mains frequency, variable speed drives can be optimally adapted to the wind conditions and thus ensure high energy yield.
With the Dynavert XL® inverter for wind turbines and the pertaining generator, Winergy in cooperation with Loher GmbH in Ruhstorf and the company Xantrex provide an electric system which meets requirements for continuous improvement with regard to good electric grid compatibility particularly for plants in the megawatt class.
